Roy Henry Vickers wrote a collection of North Coast Legend Series from the Tsimshian People. He is a storyteller and learned these stories from listening to his Ya-a Spencer, Grandpa. The stories tell of important events in the Tsimshian culture. I would love to do a unit of story telling and being able to use local stories as resources would make the learning more meaningful to all the students in the classroom.
